10-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY ON BREAKAGE OF STRUCTURE

Idéal Cargo offers the original purchaser only a 10-year limited warranty on breakage of structure on all models of enclosed trailer with a GVWR equal to or less than 4,500 kg (or axles TA3 and less). Idéal Cargo offers the original purchaser only a 5-year warranty on its models with a GVWR of more than 4,500 kg (or axles TA4 and more). This warranty covers materials and labour.

Exclusions: any misuse of the trailer, such as off-road operation and overload of the axle capacity, or occurrence of non-natural situations or by the lack or non-respect of the maintenance points of your trailer causing premature abnormal wear (e.g., accident, STRUCTURAL collision, shock, modification of the trailer and axle replacement, significant accumulation of snow on the roof).

 

10-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY ON DELAMINATION OF EXTERIOR ALUMINUM GLUELINES

Idéal Cargo offers the original purchaser only a 10-year limited warranty on delamination of exterior aluminum gluelines on all its models of trailer. This warranty covers materials and labour.

Exclusions: any misuse of the trailer or occurrence of non-natural situations (e.g., accident, collision, shock and modification of the exterior finish) causing premature delamination.

5-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY AGAINST ANY WATER INFILTRATION THROUGH THE ROOF

Idéal Cargo offers the original purchaser only a 5-year limited warranty against any water infiltration through the roof on all its models. This warranty covers materials and labour.

Exclusions: all misuse of the trailer or occurrence of non-natural situations (e.g., accident, collision, shock, modification of the trailer) causing abnormal and premature wear.

3-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY AGAINST ANY ALUMINUM PUNCTURE

Ideal Cargo offers the original purchaser only a 3-year limited warranty against any aluminum puncture on all its models of enclosed trailer. This warranty covers materials and labour.

Exclusions: any misuse of the trailer or occurrence of non-natural situations (e.g., accident, collision, shock, modification of the trailer) causing abnormal and premature wear.
